This salve is great to help get stubborn splinters out of your skin, or if your little one is scared of the tweezers.  This salve also helps with stings, boils, and skin tags.  Rub a little on the affected area, cover with a band-aid (the activated charcoal can stain clothes and fabric), let it rest over night and try to remove the object the next day.  This product is safe for little ones as well as adults.
